How to Survive the Winter was a free anthology published on Arcbeatle Press' website. It was released on December 15th and was marketed as a holiday special.
It would later appear in an edited form alongside Monsters Among Us in the anthology Making Spirits Bright: Halloween and Winter Tales from the 10,000 Dawns.
