Never Go On Walks is the first 10,000 Dawns story. Written by James Wylder, it was first printed in Wylder's unofficial Doctor Who poetry book An Eloquence of Time and Space and was later reprinted in Poor Man's Iliad and Tales of Treason. The story features the debuts of Graelyn Scythes, Archimedes Von Ahnerabe, Lady Aesculapius, Johnathan Vice, Miranda Vice, Ares, Manuel Salazar, Ariadne Moore, and The Firmament.
