The Word Revolutionary Council (abbreviated as the WRC) was the governing body of Earth in Songbird's Dawn following the successful revolution of the planet from Centro Systems led by Alice "Songbird" MacLeod, with assistance from Dawn.The government was led by Pauline Lamarque.
The WRC held considerable military power, and won battles in places such as Mexico City, New York, and London. WRC troops wore grey Tarkanovsky Jackets with WRC armbands over the sleeve.
The WRC held a trial for Graelyn Scythes, due to the crimes of Graelyn Scythes (Songbird's Dawn).
