The Xiz were an alien power in the world of Redacted Pinorva, which existed inside the 10,000 Drafts. Redacted had just foiled an invasion of them (which Uncle dealt to be a minor occurrence) when the Tourist and her Forgotten Heroines invaded their reality and caused its destruction, which was heralded, among other things, by Xiz ships crashing down from the heavens.
